If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return an item for non quality reasons between 3~7days after receiving the product, we can exchange for another item with the same value for you, if the value of the exchange product exceeds the amount you've paid before, then you should cover the balance. In this case, buyer should pay the extra shipping costs.
If there is a quality problem between 3 and 7days after receiving the product, customers can send the item back to us for replacement or repairing for free, in this case we will cover the additional shipping cost.
Please make sure that the returned products are in their original condition, otherwise we may not accept for replacement.
We offer after-sales service for all our products, when there's a problem with products sold on boomlasers.com within 1 year; we can repair it for you. If you return the package within 3 months after the receipt of the item, we will repair it for free, while if exceeds 3 moths, then there's a repairing fee generated.
